AR & VR development
for training, retail, and industrial use.
Enterprise training simulators, retail and product visualisation, industrial digital twins, and consumer mixed-reality apps. We build for Vision Pro, Meta Quest, HoloLens, and mobile AR with the engineering rigor the category usually lacks.
Spatial software that earns its headset.
Most XR work in the market falls into two traps. Tech demos that don't solve a real problem. Enterprise pilots that collect dust. We build for neither. Every AR/VR engagement starts by answering one question. Will this experience be used next year? If the answer isn't obvious, we don't start.
Our teams have shipped enterprise training simulators for global pharma leaders, AI-driven photogrammetry pipelines that turn a phone camera into a 3D scanner, industrial digital twins, and Unreal Pixel Streaming experiences. The discipline transfers across devices. The constraints don't. We engineer for the comfort envelope, the thermal limits, and the session length that match how the hardware is actually used — the envelope that lets a clinician stay in a VR training session for 45 minutes without motion fatigue.
Training simulators, digital twins and headset rollouts.
Most engagements mix two or three of these. We scope the exact cut during discovery. The hardware list is written into the SOW.
Medical & enterprise training simulators.
Training that measurably sticks, because it's scored and tracked. High-fidelity VR for critical-care, manufacturing, and field service, with 360° video environments, spatial UI, competency scoring, and LMS integration so the training counts, delivered to global pharma and healthcare leaders.
AI-vision & photogrammetry apps.
Industrial-grade 3D scanning from the phone already in your pocket. Mobile-native pipelines that turn a standard camera into a 3D scanner, with cloud-backed photogrammetry and AI-driven spatial analysis that extracts real-world dimensions and volume.
Industrial digital twins.
See and act on your physical operation in real time. Factory, plant, and infrastructure twins with live telemetry overlays, built on Unity Industrial, Unreal Engine, or Omniverse depending on the fidelity and collaboration you need.
Unreal Pixel Streaming & metaverse.
Cinematic 3D experiences anyone can open in a browser. High-fidelity Unreal Engine arch-viz, immersive lab simulations, and metaverse showrooms delivered via Pixel Streaming, with no install for the user.
Retail, product & Vision Pro apps.
Let customers try the product before they buy it. Configurable experiences for furniture, automotive, fashion, and luxury goods on web AR, iOS ARKit, Android ARCore, and visionOS, rendered with the fidelity marketing wants and the performance customers will tolerate.
Quest & HoloLens enterprise rollouts.
Deploy XR across facilities your IT team can actually manage. Multi-user collaboration, field-service guidance, and remote-expert assistance, with MDM integration, SSO, and deployment playbooks for a rollout across sites.

The same AR / VR & immersive experiences work ships under any of these three commercial shapes. The difference is in how you hold us accountable and how you scale up or down.
AI in immersive experiences.
Computer vision for scene understanding, voice assistants inside headsets and generated 3D assets, built for real-time limits.

Often a 2D web or mobile app does the job, and we'll say so up front. XR earns its cost only when spatial understanding, hand presence, or true immersion changes the outcome: hands-on training, complex 3D visualisation, or remote design review. Outside those, a headset is just hardware tax on a feature a flat screen delivers better. We scope that honestly before anyone buys a device.
Depends on the use case, the buyer, and the refresh cycle. Enterprise training with a fixed capex budget → Quest 3 today. Field service with IT-managed deployment → HoloLens 2 or Quest with MDM. High-end design review → Vision Pro. Consumer retail → mobile AR first, headset optional. We'll map this before any code is written.
Comfort is engineered, not hoped for. We profile for frame rate stability, avoid artificial locomotion where we can, design session lengths around the device's thermal and battery envelope, and run usability tests with naïve users, not just your pilot team. If a design choice breaks comfort, we change the design.
Yes. Most enterprise XR work is only valuable once it's integrated. We wire headsets to SCORM/xAPI for training, to SAP/Oracle for work orders, to PLM systems for CAD data, and to identity providers for SSO. The XR is the surface. The integrations are what make it stick.
We set up the pipeline in week one. Ingestion format (USD or glTF), LOD and compression targets, materials library, and a review cadence your artists and engineers can hold. Content ops is where most XR projects slow down. We treat it as first-class engineering work.
Depends on the scope. For training content, we typically build an authoring tool alongside the runtime so your instructional designers can add modules without engineer time. For product visualisers, we wire configurators to a CMS. We propose the right author-vs-engineer split at scoping.
Cloudini is a London-based software engineering company. We help clients build, modernise and maintain their software, with a named point of contact and delivery shaped around their needs.
As well as being exceptional technically, they consistently invest the time to understand the product and suggest how it can be enhanced and improved.
