The challenge.
- The client was selling through channels that didn't share a catalogue, stock or order view.
- Shoppers expected fast browsing, search and a clean checkout on any device.
- Orders, inventory and fulfilment had to stay in sync as volume grew.
- Promotions, pricing changes and new products had to go live without a developer in the loop.

- Backed it with Django and Django REST Framework over a single product, inventory and order model.
- Wired checkout, order status and fulfilment into one flow.
