The challenge.
- Health data and routines were spread across notes, apps and clinic systems.
- Users needed to track and act on their health from their phone.
- The experience had to stay private, clear and dependable.
- Sensitive data had to be handled carefully, with users always in control of what is stored.

- Built the web app with Google Cloud Functions for tracking, plans and reminders.
- Backed it with a REST API to store records and progress securely.
- Modelled the domain so users and providers see a consistent picture.
- Kept the flow simple enough for daily use.
- Applied least-access principles to sensitive records throughout.
