The challenge.
- Day-to-day operations were run across spreadsheets, email and ageing tools.
- The client wanted core workflows and reporting behind one dashboard.
- Data had to stay consistent as more of the business moved in.
- The system had to bend to how the business actually works, not force new process on staff.

- Built the admin dashboard with React for the core workflows.
- Backed it with Flask over one consistent data model.
- Modelled the domain so records are validated and reportable.
- Kept the interface usable for non-technical staff.
- Mapped the build to the team's real process before writing screens.
